The Roper’s Advantage Limited Warranty

The Roper’s Advantage is designed and manufactured for serious ropers and built to provide years of dependable service when properly operated and maintained.
Roper’s Advantage warrants to the original purchaser that The Roper’s Advantage will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty covers the repair or replacement of components determined by Roper’s Advantage to be defective due to defects in materials or workmanship.
What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers:
- Structural defects in the frame or welded components
- Defects in manufactured components
- Defects in lift system components caused by manufacturing issues
- Defects in electrical components supplied with the unit
- Defects in hardware or attachment components caused by manufacturing issues
Roper’s Advantage will determine, at its discretion, whether a covered component will be repaired, replaced, or serviced.
Replacement Parts & Serviceability
The Roper’s Advantage is designed with replaceable components to support long-term ownership and continued use.
Replacement parts, including components such as rope attachment springs and rope attachment hardware, may be purchased separately through Roper’s Advantage if replacement is needed due to normal wear, damage, or loss.
The battery system uses a standard 12-volt battery. Replacement batteries are not required to be purchased through Roper’s Advantage and may be obtained from common automotive or equipment battery suppliers. Battery selection and replacement should match the specifications outlined in the Owner’s Manual.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Batteries and normal battery degradation
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper operation
- Damage caused by failure to follow operating or safety instructions
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, paint damage, or finish deterioration resulting from normal use
- Damage caused by excessive towing speed, impact, or improper transport
- Damage caused by livestock
- Normal wear or replacement of consumable or serviceable components
- Damage occurring during freight transportation, which may be subject to the applicable freight carrier’s claims process
Owner Responsibilities
The owner is responsible for:
- Reading and following all safety and operating instructions
- Inspecting the unit before each use
- Properly securing the unit to the roping chute before operation
- Maintaining the unit according to recommended maintenance procedures
- Using replacement parts and components appropriate for the equipment
Failure to properly operate, secure, transport, or maintain the equipment may result in denial of warranty coverage for damage caused by that failure.

Roper’s Advantage reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage under the terms of this limited warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roper’s Advantage shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product.
The Roper’s Advantage is a training tool designed to assist ropers in developing skills through practice. Users are responsible for following safe roping practices, proper livestock handling procedures, and all safety and operating instructions provided with the product.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
